We all used to chase the ice cream truck. Now we follow the food trucks on Twitter and Facebook. Well, at least 23% of us do according to a recent Mashable infographic that charts the short history of modern food trucks. From Rickshaw Dumpling Bar to Zagat’s addition of food truck reviews to the Disneyland festival of food, the tasty trucks have come a long way. Infographic by Lindsey McCormack.
