The annual Jazz Fest celebration in New Orleans spans two weekends and brings more than 300,000 music fans down to the Big Easy. Openhouse’s Greg Spielberg headed down to NOLA for the weekend and went backstage with food vendors serving up everything from crawfish mac-n-cheese to seafood enchiladas. Hear the stories of vendors who come from all around the state and have, combined, more than five centuries of culinary experience.
