With three private studios offering up to 10,000 SF across two floors, this Chelsea gem is a creative and convenient location for a variety of events, perfect for large cocktail receptions, product launches, fashion shows, and automobile reveals in this historic NYC art district.

FLEXIBLE EVENT SPACES

Studio 3 on the ground floor offers clients 4,500 SF and direct street access through two 10x10 automatic garage doors. Recently renovated, the studio features permanent rigging points in the ceiling, as well as eight individual restroom cabins for men and women. Upstairs, Studios 1 and 2 offer daylight venue options, perfect for editor previews, smaller fashion events or a back of house option for Studio 3.
