This Venue is perfect for Retail and Pop-Up Shops. Centrally located in SoHo on Broadway, it has 2,400 sqft on its Main Space with an additional 1,000 sqft in the Basement Space (included). The facade features a large Marquee for displaying your own custom phrase, as well as large windows for displaying your product.

Heat, A/C, and WiFi access are all included in your rental, along with 2 bathrooms for which all toiletries are provided by the Venue. There are multiple public transit options from all boroughs as well as close proximity to the Holland Tunnel. The Venue staff also has capabilities to help produce your event, and has many in-house furniture items for rent. Lastly, the Venue has many additional in-house A/V features for rent including their 16-Speaker JBL Soundsystem, which syncs up to their Immersive Projector System that boasts custom-mapping capabilities.
