Zero Degree , a collective of cooks and food enthusiasts, popped up at The Old Bowery Station with What It Is! Burgers n’ Funk, a super tasty pop-up which featured sustainably produced Washugyu beef, lettuce tomato, crispy onions and cheddar, and two types of funky special sauces between buns of sesame-seeded goodness. Focusing on ethical food awareness and global understanding, Zero Degree, in conjunction with S.2.A. turned The Old Bowery Station into a hip, down-to-earth, burger joint set to a funky soul-filled soundtrack.
